EduNomicon Promotion:

Ticket to Analyse: Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of this promotion are listed below.

1. Promotion

Ticket to Analyse is a limited promotional offer provided by EduNomicon. The offer gives eligible schools the opportunity to submit one small anonymised dataset for a free evaluation using the EduNomicon platform.

2. Availability

Ticket to Analyse is available for a limited time only. Places are limited and participation is subject to EduNomicon’s capacity, suitability assessment, and acceptance of the submitted dataset.

EduNomicon may vary, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is available to eligible schools, school systems, or education organisations.

There is a limit of one Ticket to Analyse pass per organisation.

4. What participating schools must provide

Participating schools must provide one small anonymised dataset, typically a few hundred rows, suitable for evaluation in the EduNomicon platform.

The dataset must relate to one clearly defined outcome question. Examples may include Year 9 NAPLAN numeracy growth, Year 10 English results, attendance risk, subject performance, program impact, enrolment movement, or another school decision problem.

Datasets should be reasonably complete, with minimal missing data, and structured in a way that allows meaningful evaluation.

5. Data restrictions

Submitted datasets must not include student names, direct identifiers, unnecessary personal information, or sensitive information.

Datasets must not include information such as Medicare numbers, passport numbers, tax file numbers, licence numbers, student identification numbers, health information, legal information, custody information, or other unnecessary sensitive details.

The participating organisation is responsible for ensuring the dataset has been properly anonymised before submission.

6. Complex outcomes

Complex senior secondary outcomes, including ATAR, VCE study scores, or equivalent measures, may require further scoping before they can be evaluated.

EduNomicon may decline to evaluate a dataset, or may provide only a limited data-readiness assessment, where the outcome question, data structure, data quality, or modelling context is not suitable for the free evaluation.

7. What participating schools receive

Participating schools receive a one-page Data Route Map, which may include:

  • a plain-English data readiness score
  • advice on how the dataset could be improved
  • a driver analysis showing which variables appear to have the strongest relationship with the selected outcome
  • practical observations about what the data can and cannot support

The exact content of the Data Route Map will depend on the quality, structure, and suitability of the submitted dataset.

8. What is not included

The free evaluation does not include full model files, prediction exports, individual-level predictive outputs, Query Hacker exports, implementation-ready action lists, custom data cleaning, integrations, dashboard development, ongoing consulting, or production deployment.

EduNomicon may demonstrate selected platform outputs during the evaluation process, but these outputs are not included as deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Data ownership and permitted use

The participating school retains ownership of its original data.

EduNomicon may retain and use the anonymised evaluation dataset for internal testing, demonstration, benchmarking, platform validation, and product improvement, provided the dataset does not contain student names, direct identifiers, unnecessary personal information, or sensitive information.

10. No guarantee

Participation in Ticket to Analyse does not guarantee that the submitted dataset will be suitable for predictive modelling, that a usable model can be produced, or that any particular outcome, insight, or recommendation will result from the evaluation.

11. Follow-up

Participation in Ticket to Analyse does not require the school to purchase EduNomicon or proceed with a paid pilot. Any further work, pilot, implementation, integration, or consulting support would be subject to a separate written agreement.

12. Contact

Questions about Ticket to Analyse, eligibility, data requirements, or participation can be directed to EduNomicon through the contact details provided on the EduNomicon website.
